Colleen Price has been practicing law for 35 years and has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and sales, leasing and construction matters.

 

For over 25 years she has served as General Counsel to an electrical contracting firm where she prepares construction contracts for owners, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors. As General Counsel, she resolves contract disputes, pursues warranty claims, and litigates mechanic’s lien claims. She also manages the company’s Human Resources department.

 

Colleen has also served as Senior Counsel for one of the largest publicly traded and full-service real estate companies in the United States. She continues to hone her real estate skills and presently drafts and negotiates retail and office leases, prepares and reviews letters of intent, and consults with clients regarding lease issues and negotiation strategies.

 

She is skilled in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from sale agreements to closing binders, with expert due diligence analysis of title commitments and policies, ALTA surveys, site plans, utility and roadway access issues, air rights, zoning requirements, exclusive and prohibited use restrictions, and Phase I and II environmental reports.

As a recent member of Radnor Township’s Environmental Advisory Board, Colleen proposed the recently adopted ordinance to ban single-use carry-out plastic bags and completed the survey documentation for Radnor Township to achieve “Sustainable Pennsylvania – Silver Certification.”
