JUDY S. MOON
Judy Moon maintains a varied practice in construction law, business litigation, mediation and arbitration, as well as real estate and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Charlson Braber McCabe & Denmark, Judy was a litigator focusing on commercial carrier matters in both state and federal courts. She has extensive experience arbitrating matters before the American Arbitration Association. Judy will often be involved in the firm's larger litigation and transactional work.
Judy is a 2014 graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Judy served as an Executive Articles Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. She also interned for the Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Judy currently serves as a member of the CLS Justice Rising Advocates Executive Committee, which is a group that advocates on behalf of Community Legal Services and seeks to further engage the Philadelphia community by broadening its understanding of CLS’s extensive work and fight for equal access to justice.
Judy is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
