Upon the death of an individual, our firm can assist the estate's personal representative in all facets of estate administration, including probate and ancillary probate proceedings, sale of assets (including business interests and real estate), post-mortem planning, estate and inheritance tax returns, and the preparation of estate accountings.  We can also represent the personal representative before the Orphans' Court  or other courts having jurisdiction over decedents' estates.
